oh here's another.. its turning oatmeal into sort of a healthy savory risotto:
2/3rds cup (like small teacup) rolled oats
soy sauce
olive oil
paprika
other savory seasonings like herbs de provence or italian
eggs
add 2x amt water to oatmeal, microwave for 2 min on high. let rest, then microwave on high 1 min.
meanwhile, fry eggs, sunnyside up. i do it in cast iron and spoon the hot oil over the whites to keep the yolks runny.
stir 1 tablespoon soy sauce into oatmeal, with all the seasonings and a drizzle of olive oil. stir.
then put fried eggs on top with a little more soysauce over the yolks.
healthy risotto w no rice!

Pork & Holy Basil Stir-fry (Pad Kra Pao)!!!!!
All you need are:
Minced meat (any kind, but I prefer pork or chicken)
Condiments (roughly 1 tbsp each): Oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar
Garlic
Basil leaves (as many as you want! they will wilt)
Fry garlic upÂ
Fry the meat until cooked
add in the condiments and mix
Add in the basil leaves
Serve over rice and maybe a fried egg - DONE

1 cup oatmeal
walnuts or chocolate chips or raisins, anything
mash together
bake 350F degrees for 15 minutes
cool
