it's been really good! i seriously have learned more on duolingo than in the french immersion class i took from FIAF which is supposed to be best in the world. i think the app methodology makes it easier to understand

I lost 15 kg in 1 year: simply by eating less. Like two meals per day and every time I fee 80% full I stop eating. It is a no-brainer. Everyone is different of course so you have to figure what works for you. But this tips allows you to still eat anything you want. Then, at some point you will want to increase the quality of food you eat and all... but at least I think the most useful and important thing I did and that worked for me was this.

ok wont lie this is really inspiring. i agree esp w the quality food part, like eat well eat healthy and just less of it. but that 80% full, whoa that gonna take some discipline. ima try it!!!

This rule of "eating only 80%" is not from me, I read it in a couple of books and articles, but the main source I believe is "Ikigai" (the book).
