This month, our Supper Club takes you on a culinary journey to Sardinia, the Italian island Olinda calls home. Together, we’ll gather around the table for an evening of authentic dishes, stories, and connections.
Olinda will personally curate the menu from her favorite Sardinian restaurant in Da Nang, guiding us through each course with the history behind the food and her own memories tied to these flavors. From rustic pastas to regional specialties, every dish tells a story of tradition, culture, and community.
