Wildcats Core: Executive Presence & Influence

Get ready to move. This is a hands-on, highly interactive workshop focused on practicing executive presence in a safe and supportive space.

You’ll be group-coached on how to own your personal space, command attention, and build confidence that earns respect. The session explores how behaviours can be interpreted differently across East–West and male–female contexts, and how to create positive influence without losing authenticity.

You’ll learn practical ways to increase your trust quotient, be heard in a room without overpowering it, and communicate with clarity while empowering others and demonstrating humility.

This Core workshop is designed especially for new Wildcats members as a foundation for how we show up, communicate, and lead within the community. Existing members are welcome to join if they’d like a refresh or want to deepen their awareness through practice.
