About the event
In the rush of everyday life, we rarely give ourselves the opportunity to pause and ask an important question:
Where am I going, and who do I want to become?
This guided experience combines reflection, mindfulness, and intentional conversation to help participants reconnect with themselves beyond the demands of the present moment.
Through a series of reflective exercises, guided meditation, and meaningful prompts, participants will explore their hopes, dreams, challenges, and intentions for the future before writing a personal letter to themselves.
A letter filled with reminders, promises, ambitions, lessons, and encouragement—capturing who they are today and who they hope to become tomorrow.
More than a writing exercise, Letter to Tomorrow is an opportunity to slow down, gain perspective, and create a personal time capsule that will one day find its way back to you.
