This two-hour workshop blends gentle guided meditation with intuitive canvas painting, inviting you to explore emotions, reclaim playfulness, and express forgotten parts of yourself. No art experience is required — just an open heart and curiosity.
Through mindfulness and creativity, you’ll learn to quiet the inner critic, tap into your imagination, and discover what your inner child wants to say. You’ll leave not only with a canvas of your own, but also with a deeper sense of compassion and joy.
