I use a Google spreadsheet. It helps me to be more cognizant of where my finances are being dispersed in a organized visual format. It highlights the areas that I could cut back on... usually food. It also works very well when I need to save for upcoming travel expenses and future investment projects. I use it to track personal and business.

I'm a big budgeter when I travel, and recently i've been loving Notion's capabilities. But prior to Notion, a simple Google sheet will do, tagging people involved through their emails for free - GSheet/Excel was my go-to tool for the longest time just because it can do the math just by pressing buttons HAHA but Notion's interface is friendlier and easier to manage.
