ok won't lie, for daily tasks ive figured out literally no app works for me. i use MONK JOURNAL. https://monkmanual.com/ i kinda like that the format has you do a little bit of gratuity and daily intention/reflection as part of the planning, and honestly i really only do tasks i handwrite down, i don't know why that is... like if i have to actually physically write it down it must be important lol
